The IPO Network and Women on Boards is pleased to present this virtual event
In early 2020, the investment bank Goldman Sachs announced it will only take companies public if they have atleast one “diverse” board member, with a focus on women. In 2021 the bank will raise the threshold to two diverse directors, which includes diversity based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Across the globe, companies are taking advantage of diversity as a means of unlocking innovation and driving market growth.
